Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) provides a number of forms related to expatriate residency, visas, personal information and other services.

While many Jawazat services are now available electronically through Absher and other government platforms, some forms can still be useful when completing a procedure or when requested by the relevant authority.

Below, we have collected some useful Jawazat forms for expatriates in Saudi Arabia.

Note: These forms are in Arabic. If you are not familiar with Arabic or need help filling them out, private typing and form-filling services are commonly available near Jawazat offices and in areas with expatriate service businesses.

Important Note

The availability of a PDF form does not necessarily mean that the service must currently be completed using the paper form.

Most Jawazat services are now completed electronically through platforms such as Absher and other government systems. A form may still be useful when requested by Jawazat, an employer or another competent authority.

Always follow the latest instructions provided by the relevant Saudi government authority for the service you are completing.
