These terms govern your use of the Amar Iqama website and our government document request services in Saudi Arabia.

Our services

Amar Iqama acts as an intermediary that prepares and processes government document requests. The issuing authority remains the relevant Saudi government body, and acceptance of a request is at that authority's discretion.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and genuine documents, and you must hold the legal right to request the document. Requests based on false information or forged documents will be refused and may be reported.

Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy: online card payments are returned less a 10% gateway fee, bank transfers less a 3% processing fee, with special cases reviewed individually.
