Refund Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Amar Iqama document requests, and the fees that apply to each payment method.

Cancellation and refund windows

A request can be cancelled and refunded any time before it is marked Completed. Once the government-side processing is finished, the request is no longer refundable because the work has been performed.

Fees by payment method

Online card payments are refunded to the original card less a 10% gateway fee. Manual bank transfers are refunded to the sending account less a 3% bank processing fee. Special cases are reviewed individually by Amar Iqama.
